Rachel Alley is professional, polite, and quick to respond. With my business group (a member, John, used Rachel for a residential house) and personally, over the past 34 years, I've dealt with over 4 dozen realtors, and I have to say, Rachel Alley is one of the best! I've noticed a steady decline in professionalism over the years with realtors, such as slow to respond, very little customer service skills, lazy (actually passed on one realtor that didn't like to work mornings, weekends, or after 3pm)... Rachel has restored my faith that good professional Realtors are still out there!
Lisa has been great to work with and she thought outside the box, on a few items, that made it possible for my wife and I to purchase a perfect house for us. Super professional and very knowledgeable. She is an agent that you really want in your corner. Her team was also great. They checked in on us to make sure everything stayed on track. Great group to work with.
His team was great too . He is very knowledgeable on all things related to the house and fought to get us the best deal possible . There’s no way I’d consider getting another realtor for any future plans and would recommend him to anybody who’s looking to sell/buy a home .
